In this tutorial, Designer will show you the method to to remove quickly and effectively Body Hair in Photoshop, which you can use for a wide range of occasions in your Photoshop Retouch works. The method itself is really easy (done in 3 steps and I’m sure you will have no problem in acquiring it :)
He is using Smudge Tool and the Blur Tool instead of Healing Brush Tool. Have a try :)

You can have the hair removed permanently to avoid having to have any airbrushing at all by scheduling a few sessions at American Laser Centers. My husband didn't want to shave anymore so we did just that and now when I snap pix of him, no retouching of the scruff!
