You can't record a streaming webcam session from within MSN Messenger, but don't be fooled: webcam sessions ARE recordable so they can and will be used against you in a court of law ;)
It's possible to record desktop action with third party tools. A quick search on Google pointed us to CamTasia Studio (shareware, but offering a 30-day trial) and CamStudio (freeware), but undoubtfully there are other alternatives for recording whatever is happening on your screen into an AVI, MPEG or other video format.
And after you've installed one of these applications, you can start recording 'private shows' from your girlfriend or finally get the evidence one of your friends is always poking in his nose while chatting.
